๐ข Important Notice: 2025 Urban Resilience (Air Defense) Drill on July 15 โ Please Be Aware of Traffic and Movement Restrictions
According to the 2025 Urban Resilience (Air Defense) Drill ใ2025ๅ้ฎ้ๆง๏ผ้ฒ็ฉบ๏ผๆผ็ฟใSchedule, a 30-minute live exercise (from 13:30 to 14:00) will be conducted in different parts of Taiwan:
- July 15 (Tuesday) โ Central Taiwan: Taichung City, Miaoli County, Changhua County, Nantou County, Yunlin County, Chiayi County, Chiayi City
- July 16 (Wednesday) โ Southern Taiwan: Tainan City, Kaohsiung City, Pingtung County
- July 17 (Thursday) โ Northern Taiwan: Taipei City, New Taipei City, Taoyuan City, Yilan County, Hsinchu County, Keelung City, Hsinchu City
The drill includes air raid alert issuance, evacuation procedures, traffic control, and other necessary enforcement actions.
๐ During the drill, all pedestrian and vehicle movement will be restricted, and evacuation protocols will be enforced.
๐ All participants must comply with on-site instructions. Unauthorized movement or failure to follow restrictions may result in penalties.
โ ๏ธ In accordance with Article 25 of the Civil Defense Act, violators may be fined between NT$30,000 and NT$150,000.
๐ ICALT 2025 Participants, Please Note:
- Lunch break is scheduled from 13:00 to 14:00 on Tuesday, July 15
- The Doctoral Consortium will begin at 14:00 and end at 15:30
If you plan to arrive at the conference venue around noon, please check your travel route and timing in advance, and allow extra time for possible delays due to the drill. This will help ensure you are not penalized and do not miss any scheduled sessions.
