- having your paper prepared with the given Word template,
- following the page limit, and
- making your paper ready for double blind review process (except the DC papers).
Please note that your submission may be rejected immediately during the pre-screening stage if your paper is not following the author guidelines.
NOTE: ICALT 2022 has both of in-person and online author registration options and authors are allowed to switch to online author registration option(s) from the in-person author registration option by the IEEE-given deadline in June and get refund for the difference. Accepted papers’ authors who consider to attend ICALT 2022 in-person and could still have backup plan for changing their mind to attend ICALT 2022 online and getting the registration fee difference back before the IEEE-given date — it will be confirmed with IEEE LATER AFTER the author registration deadline, Friday, May 6, 2022.
