tcltWe are pleased to announce that IEEE Technical Committee on Learning Technology sponsors the student travel awards program for assisting one research students in attending the IEEE ICALT2017 conference.
To qualify, you must be one of the authors of a paper already accepted for presentation at the ICALT2017 and an already paid author registration to the conference.
The fund of this award can only be used to support part of your airfare and/or accommodations for up to US$400 (maximum).
If you qualify for this program and you are interested in being considered for the award, please send an email by 15th June to Dr Stelios Sergis at steliossergis@iti.gr with subject of the email as “ICALT2017 Student Travel Award Program” including: the submission ID and title of your paper, your full contact details, a proof of your current student registration.
The announcement of the results will be made by 20th June at IEEE TCLT web site.
An IEEE TCLT selection committee will select the ICALT2017 winner and the student will apply directly to IEEE for a reimbursement (up to 400 USD) following the standard IEEE process for which he/she will be informed.
